Conditions of Participation for the Affiliate Program
1. General
1.1 These conditions of participation regulate participation in the affiliate program (hereinafter "Program") of the company **CH PRO, S.A.** (hereinafter "Provider"). By participating in the program, the affiliate (hereinafter "Participant") accepts these conditions in their current version.
1.2 The Provider reserves the right to change the conditions of participation at any time without giving reasons. Changes will be communicated to the participant by email or via the Affiliate Dashboard. If the participant does not accept the changes, he is entitled to terminate his participation in the program.
2. Conditions of Participation
2.1 Adult natural persons and legal entities who have a valid tax number and are duly registered in the commercial register (if applicable) are eligible to participate.
2.2 Participation in the program requires registration via the official registration form on the provider's website. The provider reserves the right to reject registrations without giving reasons.
3. Commission and remuneration
3.1 The participant receives a commission of 10% on the net turnover of successfully referred purchases. A purchase is considered successfully referred when the customer makes a purchase on the provider's website using the affiliate link provided by the participant and the payment is fully completed.
3.2 The commission is paid out monthly after a return period of 14 days. The provider reserves the right to withhold or cancel commissions if the purchase is reversed or canceled.
3.3 The minimum amount for a payout is [minimum amount]. If this amount is not reached, the commission is carried over to the next month.
4. Cookie duration
4.1 The cookie duration is 30 days. This means that the customer must make a purchase within 30 days of clicking on the affiliate link for the participant to receive a commission.
4.2 If the purchase is made after the cookie term has expired, the participant will not receive a commission.
5. Participant's obligations
5.1 The participant undertakes to only use content and advertising materials that have been provided or expressly approved by the provider.
5.2 The participant is prohibited from using misleading, false or unethical practices to attract customers. This includes, but is not limited to, spam, clickbait or the use of unauthorized keywords in paid advertisements.
5.3 The participant may not make unauthorized changes to the links provided or manipulate tracking parameters.
6. Term and termination
6.1 This agreement is concluded for an indefinite period and can be terminated by either party at any time without giving reasons with a notice period of 14 days.
6.2 Upon termination of participation, the participant loses all claims to commissions that have not yet been paid out, unless the termination occurs for an important reason for which the provider is responsible.
7. Data protection and confidentiality
7.1 The participant undertakes to treat all data and information received as part of the program as confidential and not to pass it on to third parties.
7.2 The provider will use the participant's personal data exclusively within the framework of the legal provisions and to carry out the program.
8. Disclaimer of liability
8.1 The provider is not liable for indirect damage, lost profits or consequential damage incurred by the participant in connection with participation in the program.
8.2 The provider assumes no liability for the availability and error-free functioning of the affiliate program and reserves the right to discontinue the program at any time.
9. Final provisions
9.1 Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
9.2 The law of the Republic of Panama applies. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions of participation is Panama City, Republic of Panama.
These terms and conditions of participation come into force upon registration for the affiliate program.
